These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Barlas Digital (“Seller”, “we”, “us”) through our storefront on Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell downloadable digital products, primarily n8n workflow template files (.json) and accompanying documentation. All products are delivered electronically and automatically at the time of purchase — no physical goods, services, or manual work are provided.

2. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased files. Delivery is handled by Lemon Squeezy’s platform. If you experience any issues accessing your files after purchase, please contact us at the email address listed below.

If you are an agency or freelancer using a template to build automations for clients, you may deploy the workflow on your client’s n8n instance as part of your service delivery — but you may not provide the raw template file to the client for their independent reuse.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated on the product page. Payment is processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access upon purchase), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product files have been delivered.

If you believe your purchase is defective (e.g., a corrupted file or a workflow that does not function as described), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a corrected file or, at our sole discretion, issuing a refund.

6. Updates

We may release updated versions of our templates from time to time. Buyers of a product will receive access to future updates of that same product at no additional cost.

7. Support

Our products are sold as-is with documentation included. While we do not guarantee ongoing technical support, we are happy to answer questions about the product via the contact email below. We do not provide support for general n8n usage, third-party services, or custom modifications beyond the scope of the purchased template.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, documentation, code, and associated materials are the intellectual property of the Seller. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as described in Section 3 — it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the templates will be compatible with every n8n version, hosting configuration, or third-party service. We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, or other damages arising from the use of our products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of a purchased product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued purchases after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
